The Howland Township Planning & Zoning Department is located at 205 Niles-Cortland Road NE in the Township Administration Building. The office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Mon. - Fri.. The Township has two full-time Zoning officials. Mark Zuppo Jr. is the Township Planning & Zoning Director and is responsible for the general administration of planning and zoning functions in the Township.
Kim Mascarella is the Assistant Planning & Zoning Director and assists in the enforcement of the Township Zoning Codes.
