Under the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, Chapters 519.04 – 519.12, the Howland Township Zoning Commission will accept public comment regarding the proposed rezoning of the following parcels:

  1. Vacant Land, Niles Cortland Road SE Parcel ID #28-901995 (1.4 acres), owned by D&M Enterprises LPS, 8519 Warwick Road, Warren, Ohio 44484
  2. 1055 Niles Cortland Road SE, Parcel ID #28-211300 (0.71) owned by KWA 2018 LLC, 755 Boardman Canfield Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512
  3. Vacant Land, Parcel ID #28-211400 (0.65), owned by KWA 2018 LLC, 755 Boardman Canfield Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512

The request is to rezone 2.76 acres consisting of three parcels from its current zoning classification of Corridor Review District – 1 (CRD-1) to Corridor Review District – 2 (CRD-2).   

Approval of the request is considered an amendment to the zoning resolution and map. The application is available for public examination at the Township Administration Building, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm., or at www.howlandtownship.org.
